35 Years of Dedication: Celebrating Bryan F.’s Career at Hatch
“You don’t just last 35 years in a company.”
That’s how Walter Wyniemko, Vice President of Manufacturing, describes Bryan F.’s milestone career at Hatch Stamping.
“You have to be dedicated, give a ton of effort, and be a great teammate,” he said. “Bryan has always put the team first, and that’s a big part of why he’s reached this incredible milestone.”
Starting from the Ground Up
Bryan began his journey with Hatch in 1991, starting in a hands-on role making boxes for the stamping presses.
From day one, he was part of the operation—learning the flow of production and contributing wherever needed. Over time, he expanded his experience across multiple areas, including shipping and receiving, before stepping into a supervisor role.
His career path reflects a deep understanding of the business from the ground up—built through years of hard work and consistency.
Growing Alongside the Company
Over the past three decades, Bryan has witnessed significant growth at Hatch.
“It’s been exciting to see how big the company has grown and how many places Hatch has expanded to,” he shared.
From its earlier days to a broader, multi-location operation, Bryan has been part of that journey—helping support the people and processes behind that growth.
What Keeps Someone for 35 Years?
For Bryan, the answer comes down to stability, support, and the opportunities Hatch has provided throughout his career.
Just as important are the relationships he’s built along the way.
“The friends I’ve made over the years,” he said, reflecting on what has meant the most to him.
A Career Milestone Worth Celebrating
When asked what he’s most proud of, Bryan keeps it simple:
“Reaching 35 years and being recognized for it.”
It’s a milestone that represents decades of commitment, reliability, and contribution to the team.
Lessons Learned Along the Way
Throughout his career, Bryan has been influenced by Hatch leadership, including Dan Craig, President and CEO.
One lesson that has stayed with him over the years is the importance of staying focused and doing the job well—day in and day out.
Advice for the Next Generation
Bryan’s advice for anyone considering a career in manufacturing is honest and direct:
“It’s a tough trade and not for everyone. Be determined and have a good work ethic.”
It’s a reflection of the grit and perseverance that have defined his own career.
Life Outside of Work
Outside of Hatch, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family—especially his granddaughter. He also values time to relax, whether that’s taking it easy or driving his golf cart with his dogs along for the ride.

Bryan F.’s 35-year career is a testament to hard work, loyalty, and being a true team player.
